About H4VP

The first question I am sure you are going to ask would be “Why make a sticker of Sarah Palin?” The second question would follow closely behind. “And why did you decide to use the word ‘hottie’ to describe her?” Well, let’s start with the first question.

We decided to do this the moment we heard that McCain had decided to choose Sarah Palin as his running mate. There we were, in a Firehouse Subs in Maumelle, Arkansas (we love the Firehouse almost as much as Palin) and were amazed to see that McCain had the intestinal fortitude to select a VP candidate with Palin’s record (and gender). I became aware of Palin when she first took office as Governor of Alaska a couple of years ago. I had read on the blog Wonkette about her being the “hottest Governor” and did a little research. I liked her maverick style then, and I like it now.

Needless to say, McCain’s selection inspired us. I had noticed that Obama had some great designers working for him and thought that the Republicans could use a kick in the pants. So, the sticker was the first thing that we have decided to do. We are considering a shirt design as well (see poll on homepage) and so with your response we may well get that up and running soon.

Now, on to question 2…

Uhhh… have you SEEN her? She is a very pretty woman. She was a hottie back in ‘84 and she’s a hottie now. No question about it. I really have to take a little time here and compliment her husband on the nice catch. Way to go, Todd.

Now, we don’t mean this in a disrespectful way (despite what some of you may think). This is just a normal way that the younger generation describes a good looking person. And, being that this sticker was made to reside on the cars and lockers of the younger voters, it only made sense to use that kind of language.

So, with all of that said, we hope you enjoy this new way of supporting Sarah. I know we got a kick out of it.

Oh, and be sure and check out the blog. We are going to try and document everywhere we are mentioned and let you know what else we have planned.

Go McCain Palin ‘08!
